Affresol Ltd was set up following the outcome of 18 month collaboration between industrial designer Dr Peter Thomas, manufacturing specialist Scott Phillips and property developer Ian McPherson. The brief was to design an eco friendly replacement for “Timber Frame Housing” and to also produce a truly “Low Cost” and “Social” housing solution that is innovative, modular, and environmentally friendly and zero carbon footprint.
