- The iARC and Wellspring were founded in 1989 by a group of adoption professionals including psychologists, social workers and attorneys. We wanted to provide support services to birth parents and adoptive families in a professional, respectful and loving atmosphere.
- Our focus is on the people involved in making an adoption happen -- birth parents, adoptive families, and the child. We strongly believe that birth and adoptive parents should be treated with respect and allowed to make their own decisions about their adoption plans.
