The Abu Dhabi Centre for Housing & Service Facilities Development (ADCHS) was created in 2009 and overseas various public initiatives for UAE Nationals, for example, general infrastructure, housing, education, health and sporting facilities and associated developments in the Emirate.The Centre's role is pivotal in delivering this key aspect of the visionary Abu Dhabi 2030 plan. A key element of this is the implementation of the Emirate's national housing plan.
