Introduction

Since 1995, Ada is the first standardized object-oriented language, allowing the development of real-time and reliable code for the most frequently used systems, even the Java Virtual Machine. It is especially well suited for large applications and for teaching, covering all aspects of software engineering with no compromise. Inexpensive (or even free) and fast compilers are now available.

Activities

Ada in Switzerland is an interest group of the Swiss Informatics Society (SI), and it is a member society of the Ada-Europe organization.
