AdFilmTies is the culmination of one man’s relentless efforts to progress his screenplay to the big screen. When John DeTitta completed Manic Ride, his autobiographical screenplay chronicling the life of an entrepreneur journey of diagnosis to successful treatment of bipolar disorder, he was determined to make it into a motion picture. DeTitta’s main objective was to showcase the stigma and discrimination associated with mental illness, with the ultimate goal of encouraging more acceptance and understanding of those afflicted. DeTitta’s Manic Ride is currently in pre-production, slated for filming in 2007.
