Lockheed Martin has completed its acquisition of Aculight Corporation. The acquisition was originally announced on July 28, 2008. Lockheed Martin Aculight will become an integral part of Lockheed Martin’s Maritime Systems & Sensors business located in Akron, OH. Lockheed Martin Aculight employees will remain in Bothell, Washington and will be fully integrated into Lockheed Martin MS2 Integrated Defense Technologies.
