Active iNet Services is a privately held Oklahoma Limited Liability Company (L.L.C.). Our corporate structure is similar to a Partnership, but with the legal protections generally associated with a corporation and instead of Partners we have Members. Unlike Partners, each of whom is personally liable for the debts of the Partnership, the Members of a L.L.C. are not. The Oklahoma Tax Commission has a more detailed description of a L.L.C. Each Member of the L.L.C. owns a percentage of the company, not Stock like in a corporation. When distributions are made each Member receives his/her portion, depending on the percentage of ownership. Distributions generally made once annually.
