- Acme Made was created in 2002 with the sole purpose of designing, manufacturing and selling well-designed products to protect your computer and peripherals. While we tend to focus on Apple Macintosh and PowerBook products, we continually are growing and expanding our product line to accomodate as many makes and models as we are able. Our goal is always to build the best products possible using the best materials available; and consequently, you'll find we opt to use high-impact plastic inserts and forged metal hardware over lesser quality materials.
