What’s NewExpect Rate Adjustment in 2010 Beginning on January 11, 2010, Adams-Columbia Electric Cooperative will implement a new rate schedule. Members will see the new rates in the bill received in mid to late January. With this rate adjustment, the facility charge for residential and seasonal accounts will be billed at a daily rate of 92.88¢. In the final step to achieve a flat per-kWh rate, the new rate will be 10.5¢ per kWh for all energy consumed.
