A Need for the Academic Gameplan
High school and college teachers teach subjects, not skills. They do not teach the rules, fundamentals, and techniques that are essential for a student to compete in the classroom. In fact, with the exception of a rare introductory course, there is no curriculum officially taught by high schools or colleges that ensures a student's understanding of study skills. Execution of fundamentals and techniques are the keys to winning in any game, yet in the "game" of school, these are not taught.
The Success Story That Led to the Creation of the Academic Gameplan
Founder John Baxter was academically disqualified from high school and later from college because he had no direction, no confidence, and no organizational skills.
