Any manager/team that does not have 12 players paid for, completed roster or waivers is asked not to attend this meeting - you will not be given baseballs and you will not appear on the schedule. Since the last out of last season everyone has known that we will be playing baseball in 2010 - If you have failed to prepare to pay league fees it is nobody's fault but your own.
