The Amy Burgess Memorial Foundation is a non-profit organization established in the memory of Amy Burgess, who died on May 22, 2001, at the age of 29, after a courageous battle with cancer. During her young adulthood, Amy was dedicated to improving the lives of children. As a counselor for several summers at Camp Queen Elizabeth, the London YM-YWCA residential camp, Amy strove to make each day a unique and memorable one for her campers.
