The Apartment Association of New Mexico is a Non-Profit Trade Organization that collectively represents Owners of Apartment Communities and other Residential Rental Real Estate throughout New Mexico. AANM provides representation in the Legislative and Regulatory arenas for the industry as a whole. AANM also provides Educational Programming, Market Research, Standardized Forms and Operational Support. AANM Associate Members are vendors of Products and Services to the Rental Housing Industry.
