Aqua Medical Spa began in 1991 as a hair and nail salon with 4 employees. In 1995 Aqua became a full service day spa offering body and facial treatments. By 2000, Aqua hired their first doctor, Ben Tittle, MD, a board certified plastic surgeon, and became the first medical spa in the Dallas area. Ever since then the medical spa has grown significantly and has added three other doctors to its staff, along with a PA and FNP.
