This site is designed to be the most extensive European information centre and knowledge gateway for renewable energy, helping to promote the European Union's strategy to achieve 12% of RES by 2010. It does this by allowing fast and efficient access to an extensive range of information and connecting all the major renewable energy players.
The aim is not to duplicate any information that already exists on the internet , but simply make efficient links to this data.
The AGORES site also requires promotion on a massive scale in order to spread the benefit of this resource to as many people as possible. One of the easiest methods is to make a link to this site from your home page and tell people about its existence through your publications, newsletters and emails.
