A-Comms is a non-profit making ICT management Consultant organization. It is based in the UK and is an independent organization. A-Comms Associates was formed at the ITU quadrennial exhibition at Geneva in October 1991. It started its early life during 1990s, as an ‘Information Exchange’ forum, mainly for the benefit of developing states requiring digital technology solutions, to move into the digital era.
