3dSNMP is revolutionizing network management in three unique ways. First, our next generation network management tools are being developed using state of the art graphical technologies for extreme ease of use. Next, we're striving for advanced compliance with IP version 6 (IPv6), while fully maintaining traditional IP version 4 (IPv4) functionality. I bought this software 2 weeks ago but unfortunately I have not be able to use it. The problem is that when I try to input my SN, the screen only flashes by. I uninstalled, reinunstalled, redownloaded a number of time but the problem persists. I contacted the company by email and through their website' support page a number of time but apart from an confirmation receipt I have not hear a word from them. They are totally ignoring me. Lately, I ask for a refund as I cannot use the sofware and receive not support. No answer, I wasted my money. As for the usefulness of the software itself, do not ask me, I do not know.
