- Please help me find out why my car wont start? Purchased at JD Byryder last March 06, Its a 2002 chevy cavalier silver model. Purchased in Las Vegas, NV. Also since I purchased the check engine light comes on frequently, the breaks squeaks, and or grinds at times. I keep taking it in for fixing and they give it back to saying they fixed it. I have an 18 month warranty with the vehicle and still have problems, in sept 2007 will expire and I am affraid the are waiting for the warranty to expire so I have to pay out of pocket expenses.
