Established in 1987 with only 10 staff, SK Chilled Foods has grown to become a dominant force within its market. With an initial concentration on the production of Onion Bhajis, demand from customers led to the development of further products such as Samosas and Spring Rolls. Following a period of significant growth, in February 1999 the majority  shareholding of the company was acquired by Entrepreneurial Food Group based in California.
