The Office of Catholic Youth (OCY) has a long tradition of serving the young people and youth ministers in the Archdiocese of Toronto. Over the years we have developed simple guiding principles to help us in our work. We have come to refer to them as the "3 C's":Celebrating life, faith and the many diverse gifts of young people.Connecting them more deeply to God and to one another, becoming the Church of tomorrow while being the Church of today.
