About oI.NetNe.net

NetNe is able to offer reliable and advantageous solutions for the increasing number of requests by public administration bodies for technologically advanced plants for the cremation of human remains. The NetNe line of products includes two types of funeral furnace designed to satisfy different user requirements in terms of available space, type of use and reference standards.

The Net NE 100 type of plant is the most technologically advanced of its kind available on the market. It offers high performance both in terms of cremation time and in terms of emissions into the atmosphere. Model Net NE 100 is suitable for large urban centres, for intensive and continuous use. Model Net NE 50, designed and constructed in conformity with European Standards, is suitable for small and medium-sized urban centres, because it has been designed to operate not only in a continuous mode but also on an occasional basis, with attention to operating costs and their substantial reduction.

Both models may be constructed in the factory or, when there is difficulty of access and/or limited space, assembled on site, guaranteeing high performance standards in both cases.

The product range also includes a fume depuration system, using the dry method, with a fabric dust collector possibly combined with an Net Emission Control System using a chemical reagent (active coals and hydrated lime).

The product range is completed by manual, semi-automatic and automatic systems for feeding in coffins and discharge of the cremation ashes. These systems allow workers to operate in safe conditions, far from radiated heat, and do not require costly cooling cycles in order to be able to remove the cremation ashes, as is the case in traditional furnaces. This NetNe patented solution allows operation times to be reduced and optimises consumption, discharging the ashes in an automatic manner and under conditions of safety for the operators.

At the end of the cremation process, the ashes may be treated, in order to reduce their volume, using a special pulveriser, which is small in size and uses steel spheres. The ash pulveriser operates automatically, thereby assuring conditions of hygiene and cleanliness for the operator throughout every stage of the process.

The main economic and practical advantages that derive from the technological solutions adopted are as follows:

   * manual operations are limited, thanks to the complete automation of the thermal
   process with its system for feeding in the coffins and removal of the ashes;
   * the consumption of primary energy is extremely limited, thanks to the special
   configuration of the cremation chamber and the quality of the refractory coating,
   which allows the cremation process to be carried out rapidly and uniformly;
   * emissions into the atmosphere are reduced and within the limits set by national
   European Regulatory Standards and Directives;
   * decorum is ensured throughout the entire process of cremation, coupled with
   maximum safety and hygiene during all its stages (from the introduction of the
   human remains to the removal of the ashes);
   * the high cremation capacity allows 10 cremations to be carried out over a time
   period of eight hours;
   * minimum maintenance is required, thanks to the high quality and reliability
   of all the components that make up the cremation plant;
   * there is a complete absence of organic material in the ashes, because
   of the high temperature of the process;
   * the system is very silent throughout the process of cremation, thanks to the
   noise-absorbing coating;
   * the plants are compact and small in size, thereby making it possible to insert
   them into any architectural setting, with the possibility of assembly on site;
   * the plants conform to European safety standards.
