- Dr. Murphy graduated from VCU School of Dentistry in 1997. Prior to studying at dental school, he attended Va. Tech and is still a HUGE Hokie fan. After dental school, Dr. Murphy served 4 years in the US Air Force, completing an AEGD residency that taught advanced techniques in all of the specialty areas of dentistry. The practice on Brook Road will celebrate 5 years in August 2007. Since he began practicing dentistry, Dr. Murphy has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.
