McSweet Pickled Gourmet specializes in bringing you the extraordinary in fresh pickled vegetables. Our first product, McSweet Pickled Cocktail Onions, was launched in 1990, when martini buff, Leo McIntyre, perfected his special recipe. Leo had worked as a club, bar, and restaurant manager around the country in the late 1940s and 1950s, but was unable to locate sweet crunchy cocktail onions as he had remembered from his earlier years.
