Zachary earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona, and obtained his J.D. in 2004 from the University of Minnesota Law School in Minneapolis. In 2008, Zachary partnered with Mathis Becker, and formed the partnership Mushkatel and Becker. Since then, the practice has grown, and the team has diversified to cover a variety of practice areas. Zachary has a proven track record of success, with several of his cases resolved in excess of a million dollars. Susan Robbins Susan Robbins began her career as a social worker, serving the community for ten years and earning her master's degree in social work from Arizona State University in 1981. In 1988, Susan earned her J.D. from the Arizona State University Law School. She began her law career practicing at a small firm and eventually started her own firm. In 1998, she partnered with Ron Cooley to form Cooley & Robbins. The firm would later merge with Mushkatel and Becker in 2012. Susan specializes in estate planning and elder law. Ken Winsberg Ken Winsberg became a Certified Specialist in Family Law when the designation was first available. There are fewer than one hundred certified specialists out of Arizona's 17,000 active lawyers. Ken began his law career in Chicago. He served as a deputy Judge Advocate in Thailand, a Military Judge and a Army Judge Advocate in the Vietnam era. After his stint with the Army, Ken joined the Phoenix-based firm Meadow, Cheche, Nastro & Thrasher. He has been in private practice since the 1980s. Ken specializes in divorce and family law.
