Many of the items sold at Dr. Todd's come with a manufacturer's satisfaction guarantee as well as a guarantee against defects. The company accepts all items for return or exchange within 60 days of purchase date. Items that are in their original, unused condition can be sent to the return address with a copy of the original receipt without prior approval. Other items that are not in their original condition need prior approval before being returned. Support hose, nail clippers or files cannot be returned or exchanged once these items are opened. Priority shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Return Policy for Shoes
All shoes are returnable for any reason within 30 days as along as they are in re-saleable condition and in their original shoe box. Shoes that have been worn outside are not returnable/exchangeable unless defective. NO RISK SHOE EXCHANGE POLICY: Return shipping fees (returned via USPS Priority Mail) will be credited on shoes that are being exchanged only. There is never any shipping costs to exchange shoes.
There is completely free standard shipping on all foot care products shipped within the Continental United States. 5-7 business days should be allowed for free standard shipping. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Most items shipped within 24-48 hours. If an item is unavailable or back-ordered, we will contact you via e-mail.
- Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses
- All orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Addresses or U.S. Territories are shipped USPS Priority Mail. For these there is a flat rate fee of $7.95.
