Usually you warn someone first before you block. Therefore you've let your personal feelings about me interfere with your work here, and I won't allow that.

I only give ultimatums unless I'm backed into a corner so... either you apologise for the block and make some resolution to talk things over with me in the future OR you step down as administrator or I'm gone.

Scott, I don't know or care why you don't like me but you just can't let it interfere with your work. I've asked you several times to resolve your personal differences with me, yet you constantly refuse to do so. I'm open to any discussion, yet you've refused. I don't like knowing that one member of staff clearly has an axe to grind. I don't like working in that kind of environment. Sure, not everyone can be expected to like everyone, but I'm willing to work with anyone who has any concerns to bring up - you've refused to do that.

Bottom line is: You are obviously biased towards me and you should've taken the matter to another administrator. A one month long block for a 12-hour long dead issue is excessive, even for you.

Step down.

You had no right to block me a) because you don't like me, and b) because of the ArtSapience issue which is 12 hour old dead issue.

Step down, Scott. You've proven that you can't handle the tools without involving personal bias. Step down as administrator or the whole project will suffer because of you.
