Hi Nick,

Priorities have changed among the staff, leaving less time to maintain RecentVistors. The change is definitely there, just not intentional, rather from lack of attention. I have actually been advocating killing it entirely. What do you think?

Nick, I started sending you a monthly check of $25 a few months ago. Now I am getting too much mail from you requesting money for "American Families" or for the "Children". I am a retired person with limited income. I can't help but think your organization is spending a lot of money sending all these notices asking for money. At one point I sent a note with a check telling you I would be sending a check as long as I could. Now I am asking you to stop sending me all these pleads for help when I am already sending what I can and doing so regularly.

Do you do these types of mailing to everyone who already is sending you money? If so, in my opinion you are wasting a lot of money. Please don't saturate people with this sort of thing when they are already donating what they can. If I keep getting mail like this, I will find another charity to donate my money to.

Nick, thanks for the notes to Janoose the Goose. I hope you get a chance to go there again and look around. I seem to have messed up Janoose's talk page. (I have messed up my talk page before and Sa'ad had to help me then. There are some things I understand and can do, and some things I don't understand and do anyway which sometimes go very wrong. Like this!) I was able to redirect Janoose's talk page to my talk page: J.D. Holiday so I can get messages and it seems to work but could use some advice. Cycle Route Planner

Hi Nick,

This is the second attempt at getting a message to you. I have just compliled a letter that has now disappeared without trace? I'll write it again and attempt to get it to you. Quil Forbes devised a website whereby you could key in ie: your postcode or address (From) then the postcode address you are going to and the website would do you a detailed map of how to get there by bike including bike crossings back street routes avoiding the heavy traffic. cycles.net was the name of the website and I've been using it for the last 4yrs in and around London. It has been simply invaluable to me and now it has disappeared without trace? Can anyone throw any light on this or has access to a similar website or even a Satellite Navigation system that can do all this? Please anyone out there with any ideas. I love cycling around London but would like to do it as safely as possibe.

Hi Nick, I understand completely. You've had major surgery so that takes time, just go with it. And I don't think I could do without a PC now. I'd be lost! PERIOD. Are you back to work or school? I'm working on getting another one of my books published. And I'm thinking about putting an ad on ABOUT US when that book is released, but I can't remember what the cost would be and can't find the info here. Oh, well, I'll keep looking for the info.
