- No harm done Marc. When you search for a URL, and if it does not exist in our database, It will be created on the spot by our the bot. If not, eventually it is bound to be added in the wiki as another bot scours the net to pick up relevant information from websites that haven't been aded to the wiki. Having that automation aside, anyone can create a page, and mostly they are also created when someone adds a link to another page or their talk page. It's not a matter of authorization, though it greatly helps if the owner of the domain comes to update their page themselves. In any case a community member is bound to come across that page and work on it. Even you can go ahead and update the information there if it has errors in it.
