| − | Asad; I talked to Alecia two days ago and she told me with filing it would cost me somewhere around $350.dollars to file an appeal, as I told her I have no income what so ever and she told me to sign a waver called a =I.P.W. or something on that order could you tell me the correct name of the waver and what kind of court do I go to, to put my appeal in is it a federal district court or a U.S circuit court of appeals, or just what kind of court there are 17 different courts here in the phoenix Az. area and I don't know which one to go to ..could you please send me in the right direction,Thank you Harry Pierce sevenlugnut@gmail.com
