Why hello!

My name is Kristina Weis. Thanks for checking out my page here at AboutUs.org!

If you're new to AboutUs, hello and welcome. Our Help page has lots of info to get you started, and please let me know if I can answer any questions.

AboutMe @ AboutUs

I have been a part of the AboutUs team since February '07. If I had to give myself a normal-sounding job title I would say that I'm a community manager here at AboutUs.org. This whole time I have been reviewing recent edits that have been made on the wiki, working to build community, and helping people use AboutUs.

Below is more of what I'm up to currently:

• Making suggested edits anytime I see a page that I can add to or improve

• Helping our developers address pertinent bugs and design new features. If you notice a bug please Bug email the details.
• Working on recently acquired Jyte.com
• Reviewing edits made to the wiki

On a more personal note, I am 24 and graduated from Portland State University with a BS in Geography in 2008. I also have a background in Journalism and an associates degree from Clark College. I love to dance socially and in my living room, and I try to go hiking and rafting anytime that Portland's weather permits.
