Bad experience with allaboutmyhair.com. I have been a customer of allaboutmyhair.com since 2007 spending many thousands of dollars. They sent a defective wig and exchanged it with a completely different type of wig. I originally purchased silky straight hair, they sent coarse hair. Despite the fact that I was a long-time customer, they would not fix.
Even though the issue was their fault, they sent me a copy of their return policy (even though allaboutmyhair.com has a Satisfaction Guarantee on their website landing page).
