Adbusters, a semi-popular magazine, is often a way folks get introduced to the concepts of Culture Jamming. The musical group Negativland is also known for its work in this field. The Billboard Liberation Front is well known in some cirles for its Category:Guerrilla Art through Category:Billboard Alteration.
This form of activism is considered free speech and is well known in vaious subcultures
