BarnRaising is when folks come together at the same time, to work on a specific task with a shared goal in mind. It is reminisant to a community coming together to build a big project in a short amount of time. BarnRaising is impossible without community and collaboration, much like trying to raise a barn alone! BarnRaising is about the work, the effort and community, not just the barn.
