Welcome To Totalstability
The exercise videos are located under exercises in the top menu. They are divided into the categories: Basic, Moderate, Advanced and In Pairs. This was done by the help of the guideline developed by Kinetic Control. The categories does not set a standard for the difficulty level of the exercises e.g. Basic should not be considered easy. We recommend a thorough assessment and a individually designed intervention for each client. Core stability exercises should only be considered as a part of a treatment or training programme.
