Quantum Fuels oversees our convenience store businesses, Quantum Properties will offer the best properties for commercial, residential and ranch real estate and West Hills will continue to provide incredible housing values at the Blackrock PUD. We will have other companies spinning off with specialties and services needed by our community.<br />
