The name of the organization shall be North East Tarrant county Association of Christian Home Educators (also known as NETCACHE), a Christian charter.<br />

Membership shall be restricted to those individuals who concur with the Beliefs We Hold in Common and agree to abide by the Constitution of the charter.<br />

Membership dues will be exacted per family and will be determined each year by the board members with the approval of the membership in regular general meetings. Special provision will be made for those who desire to be members, but are unable to pay.<br />
