The reason for me wanting to have this informative web page available to you, and others is because I am a Survivor of Domestic Violence...I have been there, and I know what it is like to feel alone in this confusing world. I know that even though I may have had friends and family trying to help me, their comments really did not help me at all, because they have not honestly been there. When you are a person from the outside, it is easy to put in your comments, but you must go through that type of situation- To know how easy it really is not! Now that I have finally broken away from my abusive4 year "relationship", I feel it is my turn to try and help others...And that is how I came about this website's name: ificouldonlyhelp.com Now let's get into reality!

Are you still wondering if the abuser honestly means what they say? Answer these questions.....
- How many times has the abuser said they were sorry, and did it again eventually?
- Just think of this! Eventually could mean: Days/Weeks/Months/Years later.....
- Also, what was the abusers excuse for hurting you?
- Remember this! Hurting isn't just Physical, it can also be many other ways like: Spiritual/Emotional/Mental/Neglect/Etc.
September 9, 2008 - It has been 3 years today, since the Domestic Violence incident with my childrens' father.
