We always try to be upbeat and optimistic about our clock auctions. In the past years our auctions have far surpassed anything we expected during this period of readjustment, and that is good. The negative side is, we are being swamped with calls from offspring and spouses of collectors, who have recently departed. We started collecting in the early 1970’s at a time when clock collecting was gaining popularity. At that time the majority of us were in the second quarter of our lives, 25-50.
