Susan Dunphy established her employment firm in 1994. Susan is from Sacramento, California and moved to Iowa in 1990. She had recruiting experience while in California. When moving to the Midwest, she discovered very few recruiters that were available to assist Midwest candidates in the employment market. This encouraged the development of this recruitment firm.
