Frank Granato established his business in 1948 with one goal in mind: provide the public with what they want. Built on a strong work ethic and a belief that customer service was what mattered, Granatos has become Utah's leading purveyor for authentic Italian and Mediterranean food. Today that work ethic is carried on by Frank's son, Sam, who has extended the business to several locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley.
