For over twenty years Flatland has enjoyed a high reputation in bringing talented contemporary Dutch artists to the fore of the international art scene. Since it inception the gallery has mounted artists like Marlene Dumas, Desiree Dolron, Erwin Olaf and Ruud van Empel. Founder of Flatland is Martin Rogge. Situated in a monumental building in Utrecht, the gallery includes a 350 square meter exhibition space with high ceilings and sky-lights. Recently Flatland opened a satellite in the heart of Paris, adding an additional 300 square meter to its exhibition space. Additionally Flatland holds its own publishing-house.
