(FCDAC, Inc.) is holding its 4th Annual Red Ribbon 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, October 31, 2009 at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus. Red Ribbon Week is a nationally recognized event that serves as a symbol of drug prevention, where millions of our American population wears a red ribbon to show that our young people and our adults are united for a drug-free society.
