History
FTS was founded in 1997 by current CEO Amos Sivan, and in 1999 the company was acquired by the Formula Group. In 2002, FTS acquired Extent, a company that specialized in content billing. In the same year, the company implemented its first call-center solution in Bulgaria. In 2005, FTS acquired Viziqor (formerly Daleen and Protek), to establish FTS Inc, the company’s American subsidiary.
