He loves painting, drawing, and producing artwork whenever possible (which never seems to be enough). Erik’s love of drawing and all things art led him to earn a BFA in Illustration from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Acrylic, gouache, and graphite are his favorite mediums to work with, but a little experimenting seems to creep into his work time and again. Erik’s client list includes Nickelodeon, Urban Threads, Picture Window Books, MCAD Magazine, ThinkMarriage.org, and Santa’s Traveling Workshop. Erik is also an Illustration Contributor for Volume One Magazine and works as a Print Designer for Big Dot of Happiness.
