Both ski chalets are equipped with basement garage, private sauna & spa, sunny terraces and balconies, lobby, living rooms with open fireplace, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with climatized wine cabinet and digital home entertainment centers. Personal assistants care for breakfast buffets in the holiday homes and all organizational matters, from airport transfer to ski passes and catering.

Chalet Lech I & II
The grand chalet of Lech Lodge accommodates up to 12 persons and can be separated into two private apartment units for 4 persons and 8 persons.
The Chalet Lech I comprises 80 m² living area and a patio of approx. 80 m², two bedrooms with double beds (1 extra bed possible), separate bathrooms, sauna, steam shower and cosy relaxation area, guest toilet, open fireplace in the living room, fully equipped kitchen.
The Chalet Lech II comprises 220 m² living area and private balconies of approx. 80 m², four bedrooms with double beds and separate bathrooms, private spa under roof gable, sauna, steam bath, freestanding bathtub, relaxation area, reception area with walk-in wardrobes, lift, living room with open fireplace and outdoor fireplace on the balcony, eat-in kitchen & dining room.
Chalet Arlberg
The smaller chalet of Lech Lodge accommodates 4 to 6 persons (plus 2 children’s beds)and comprises 170 m² living area and approx. 168 m² south facing terrace, 3 bedrooms with separate bathrooms, guest toilet, sauna and steam shower in the bathroom, open fireplace in the living room, fully equipped kitchen.
