With offices in Houston, Austin and the Rio Grande Valley, CDF-Texas represents the interests of Texas children who cannot vote or speak for themselves. CDF-Texas raises awareness about the condition of Texas children, connects children and families to programs and services that help meet their needs, and works with community partners statewide, to formulate policy solutions and broad-based support for legislative action on behalf of children.
