Program Description Family Center is an initiative of Brighter Futures and the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving. We are serving individuals, families and children living in Hartford. Educational classes and programs are designed for the benefit of our families to involve parents to participate actively in the physical and educational development of their children. We provide a healthy, supportive and safe environment during the early years of childhood.
