One of the major driving forces behind the boxpres site was my buddy Dan Lopez. He owns the domain and today’s site of the day, (abandonedmines.net). As kids Danny, my brother and I would explore creeks, woods, abandoned train stations and warehouses all over Bergen and Hudson county in New Jersey most times we’d come home beat up and filthy from crazy dares we made each other do or pranks we’d play on each other while we were there.
