Cavalier King Charles Spaniels are a special breed of dog. They are extremely affectionate and have a need to be close to you at all times. They love to sleep in bed with you, touching you, and will always find them at your feet, if you should happen to sit somewhere. They do not ask much of you other then to be fed well, be bathed and brushed occasionally, especially their ears, and to be given a lot of love and affection. They are content just to sit on your lap.
