Policy on Returns and Refunds
If you order a product from Yucatan Bamboo and are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a replacement or full refund.
It is as simple as that! You may return a Yucatan Bamboo product simply because you got up on the wrong side of the bed that morning!
Two words of caution: During the rainy season, jungle products are produced under conditions of high humidity. They may develop a black or white mold during shipping. This is easily removed by wiping with Clorox or any product used for mildew removal. Mold is easily removed from larger items, such as fence panels, with a pressure washer. Please set the pressure level low enough so that it does not damage the skin of the bamboo.
